Where did the idea for Day MyLane come from?
Born out of a longing and desire to connect life in the diaspora with our Founder’s stories, rich cultural heritage, and identity and to create a space for those who can relate to or and appreciate the pan-african diasporan experience.  American born to Igbo parents, our Founder enjoys Korean dramas, a variety of cuisines, and different genres of African music; Drawn to vibrant colors, textures, and visual storytelling, in particular, stories that engage the imagination. this is reflected in the creative expression of the DML designs and in the beginning, T-shirts seemed to be the ideal tool of self-expression.
